Terms of Service These training sessions will require short periods of moderate upper body exertion, and a moderate level of arm strength. Participants will have the opportunity to experience sun, wind, spray, rain, and temperatures consistent with the time of year they take part in this activity. When underway the vessel may exhibit irregular motion due to wind and waves and temperatures may be cooler than on land. Participants will be expected to learn and demonstrate skills and perform tasks while the vessel is at the dock, at anchor, and when the vessel is underway. In a day sailing format, vessels will be underway for varying periods of time (up to 8 hours), during daylight, in light to moderate wind and sea conditions. These sessions are suitable for most fitness levels and will provide a good body core workout. Boating courses are subject to weather conditions. Where conditions are unsafe on the water the ashore knowledge will be taught either at the dock or indoors. Best efforts will be made to have adequate time on the water to cover all required skills. I understand that programs of this nature contain an element of hazard I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Navy Point 360, and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, damage to person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with taking part in Navy Point 360's activities, notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. All courses are subject to rescheduling or cancellation due to COVID related restrictions. Refunds will be issued for canceled courses. By confirming registration, I am verifying that I have read through and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand it is the sole responsibility of the individual registrant attending the course(s) to ensure that they meet all of the registration requirements. Registrants who do not meet the age requirements and/or course prerequisites will not receive course completion credit. Refund Policy Refunds or exchanges must be requested a minimum of 30 day prior to the start date of your course. In order to request a refund, please contact Navy Point 360 at guillaume@navypoint360.com or by phone at 905 271-2222 with the order number and registrant name. Refunds will be made with the same method as the original payment. Navy Point 360 reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange that does not meet the outlined terms.
